For over twenty years, I have worked professionally in the communications industry: on the agency side, as Head of Communications and member of the executive management team, and as a strategic staff member in a large Swiss corporation. My career path has given me a broad range of experience: from small start-ups to large enterprises, from public sector organisations to non-profits, from technology companies and construction to real estate and youth work. In all my roles, I have dealt daily with negotiations, disagreements, and occasionally significant conflicts. The principles of Mediation have proven to be extremely valuable in my professional life. This career foundation also ensures adaptability and understanding for a wide variety of mediation assignments.
I hold a licentiate in history, business administration and media studies (Master of Arts) and an Executive Master of Science in Communications Management. I studied in Zurich, Lugano and Los Angeles and trained as a mediator in Basel.
In my free time, I enjoy endurance sports, especially running and cycling. I’m also the host of a podcast on the topic of meditation: On Meditationsszene Schweiz, I have conversations with long-time meditators.
